Delivery
Delivery is free to any UK address when making any purchase on our website. International postage will be charged during checkout.
Your parcel will currently be delivered by Royal Mail who we have a long term relationship with and have always been reliable.
Standard delivery will usually take 2-3 working days unless alternative delivery options are selected.
We take full responsibility for your products until your parcel arrives to you, If your purchase is delayed or lost we will contact you and resolve the matter as quickly as we possibly can
Cancel or Return
If for any reason you may need to change or cancel an order you have made with us, we recommend you contacts us as soon as you possibly can so that we can amend or cancel your order. We dispatch every order the same day it is purchased (up to 2-PM same day) so as long as you can contact us before they are dispatched we can amend or cancel any orders you have placed.
Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer change or cancel this order.
We accept all returns as long as the item is unused and unopened in its original packaging
We offer a free return service for all returns simply just contact us regarding your order.
Faulty or damaged items will be refunded without the need of return.
